The organization manages a bank of practical solutions to overcome specific needs and uses mobile technology and social innovation to help families design their own poverty elimination strategy. Fundación Paraguaya is helping drastically redefine how poverty is identified, defined, and addressed. They created a self-sustaining high school model that teaches students trades, operate entrepreneur trainings, provide microloans, and created the Poverty Stoplight.
